This book endeavours to see the models for what they are and show how the information contained in them can be used effectively. The quantitative assessment of the impact of climate change on water availability and water resources management requires knowledge of climate, hydrological/ hydrogeological and water resources models, and particularly the relationships between each of them. This book treats each of the subjects in turn with the water resources modeller in mind, and will culminate in a set of case studies using real-life examples to illustrate the steps required and the problems that can be faced.
